Everyone is welcome to join classes. However, if you have an injury, an illness or are in pain, then it’s best to get approval from a doctor before exercising. Please let us know in advance too as we want to keep you safe.

Yes, if you’re coming to the gym, sessions are outside but we are protected from the rain and sun by a canopy.

Unless we say otherwise, please bring water and a towel. We’ll provide the mats.
